Shipping & Returns

Dum Phones can be returned within 30 days, no questions asked. 

 

For a return to be accepted, the phone must be in like new condition. No phones that have been modified or have had user-installed software will be accepted for returns. All user data must be deleted and removed from the phone. Please factory reset your phone before returning it. The phone's encrypted password must be included in the return packaging, all PINs and passwords must be unchanged. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
